Terms of Service

Terms

The agreement between you and Aurevia Unity Limited for using Record Booth on web, mobile, and the desktop agent.

Who we are

Record Booth is a product of Aurevia Unity Limited (“Aurevia”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission. These Terms govern your use of recordbooth.live, the Record Booth mobile apps, and the desktop agent (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Record Booth.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the music, stems, lyrics, notes, and other material you upload or sync. You give Aurevia a limited licence to store, process, stream, and display that content only as needed to run the Service for you and the people you choose to share with.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including samples and contributions from collaborators. Access you grant to collaborators or share links can be changed or revoked at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to share
  • Use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights
  • Attempt to access accounts, booths, or data that are not yours
  • Interfere with, overload, or reverse engineer the Service

We may remove content or limit access where these Terms are broken.

Plans & billing

Some features and storage limits depend on your plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play. Subscriptions bought through an app store are managed and refunded under that store’s rules. If you go over your plan’s storage, uploads may pause until you free up space or upgrade.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk. After closure, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep uploads, sync, and playback reliable, but we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups of important projects.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aurevia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This does not remove any consumer protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Record Booth evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
